Palos Verdes High School in the process of facilitating communication with and between alumni by setting up Facebook Groups for each class. In the first year, we have activated Facebook sites for the most recent 6 classes (since the school was reopened). To date these classes have enrolled more than 1,000 students. We are now in the process of starting all of the classes.
In both the Spring of the last school year and the Fall of this school year, Principal Chris Bowles has been able to send messages directly to these 1,000 members.
To join an existing group, please click on your class link below. To start one of the remaining classes, please identify (the name and phone number) a key contact person for the class. This could be the Senior Class President, ASB President, Secretary, Reunion Coordinator or an active alumni. Then email Greg or Lori Delgado at [email protected] with that key contact person so that they can set up that class Facebook Group.
The objective of the Groups is to allow for easy communication between the school and alumni, connect alumni and provide help in organizing reunions and get-togethers. Once the specific year's group is joined the alumni may post photo’s, updates, look up classmates or get a message from the Principle. From time to time they will receive updates on school activities and reunion notices.
