There will be a MANDATORY meeting on March 2nd, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the MPR. A parent/legal guardian must attend with each interested student in order to pick up tryout packets and meet with the coaches for information on the upcoming year. Anyone who does not attend this meeting will not be allowed to try-out.

I. WORKSHOPS
   A. DATE: April 12th, 13th and 14th – learn material
   B. LOCATION: PVHS lower dance studio
   C. TIMES: 3:30 – 5:00pm
   D. ATTIRE:
      1. Song – jazz shoes
      2. Workout pants / shirt
      3. Hair in bun/pony tail, no jewelry
      4. Name tag
          a. JV Song = red writing
          b. Varsity Song = black writing
   E. CONTENT: Here you will learn all the material needed for tryouts. Additionally, you will learn and properly review proper technique. Music is available on iTunes or any other music website. CD's will not be burned at the workshops. 

IF YOUR PAPERWORK IS NOT COMPLETE, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKSHOPS OR TRYOUTS! 
Again, paperwork MUST be turned in the first day of the workshops.

II. TRYOUTS

   B. LOCATION: PVHS lower dance studio
   C. TIMES: 3:00 - ?
   D. ATTIRE: 
      1. jazz/athletic shoes, black pants, plain shirt, pony tail
      2. Shirt must be completely plain – no graphics, words, or decorations: JV – Red shirt, Varsity – Black shirt
