Additional web portal help for Parents  (Monday 8/20)

An additional "walk in" help for any families that need assistance creating their Aeries.NET accounts will be offered at Ridgecrest Intermediate School on Monday, August 20 from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

This is an opportunity for any parents that need assistance creating their Aeries.NET parent web portal account.

We've found that we have been able to respond to emails much quicker than phone calls.

Also, school offices may receive requests to update a spelling error or telephone #. Parents can only edit emergency contacts, health file updates, and authorizations so that is the reason they may be contacting school offices for a correction.

Regarding the Ridgecrest help session on Monday, a telephone message will go out on Sunday and it will also be posted on the web. At Ridgecrest, a computer lab will be open and staff will be available to assist them with the registration process and answer any questions.
